Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

  1. Without prejudice to the terms of contractual and statutory warranties, the consumer has the right to exchange the product provided by the store within seven days from the date of receiving the product. After this period, the consumer is not entitled to exchange the product.
  2. To be eligible for exchange, the product must be in perfect condition and must not have been used or benefited from. The store reserves the right to inspect the product before approving the exchange to ensure its condition. The consumer shall bear the shipping cost if they wish to exchange the product. For international exchanges, the consumer shall bear all shipping costs and is responsible for delivering the product to the shipping company. If the product has a defect or an error, the consumer will be compensated accordingly.

Products That Cannot Be Exchanged:

  1. If the product was custom-made based on the consumer’s request or according to specified requirements, except in cases where the product is defective or does not meet the specified requirements.
  2. If the product consists of video tapes, CDs, DVDs, or software that has been used.
  3. If the product includes newspapers, magazines, publications, books, or any other literary materials.
  4. If the product has been damaged due to improper handling by the consumer.
  5. If the contract involves accommodation, transportation, or food services.
  6. If the contract involves the purchase of downloadable software from the internet.

Return Policy:
